Attending an Appointment

Clothing & Times

We allocate 5 minutes of your treatment time to give you the opportunity to undress and redress at the end of your treatment. We ask that you are on time for your appointment so that your treatment time is maximised.

Please note that full draping is utilised in all massage treatments. Shiatsu and Reiki treatments do not require the removal of clothes but we do require that you wear loose comfortable clothing.

Cancellation Policy

We will try (where possible) to accommodate your appointment time request and in return we ask that you respect and honour your commitment to us.

Any cancellation or rescheduling requires 24 hour notice. If this appointment time cannot be rebooked, a cancellation fee of $35 applies.
