Shiatsu is a traditional Japanese healing therapy that focuses on treating the body as a whole by utilising acupressure points located on the energy meridians of the body. It is performed on a futon on the floor. Please wear loose comfortable clothing when attending the clinic.

Reiki Treatment

Reiki is a healing treatment utilising the application of guided universal life force energy. Reiki treats the body, mind and spirit as a whole and promotes relaxation and feelings of peace and wellbeing. Please wear loose comfortable clothing when attending the clinic.

Cupping Treatment

Cupping is an ancient Chinese technique designed to release stagnation within the body. A vacuum is created by the cups which effects blood flow in the underlying tissue; muscles release toxins to achieve pain relief.

Salt Scrub

Salt Scrub is an invigorating treatment that uses essential oils and salt to massage the body and exfoliate the skin. Circulation is improved and the skin is left feeling smooth and supple. This treatment may be combined with a massage treatment; please advise reception at time of booking.
